We provide returns and exchanges of product purchased due to manufacturing defect or being out of expectation, within 10 days from the date product is received.
Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its validity for returns, a store credit voucher with 6 months validity, equivalent to the price of the purchased product, will be issued and sent via email to the customer.
Unless the product is received faulty, please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Items should be returned unused with our tags and dust bag. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
