Only orders that have not been packed can be cancelled and will be processed as follows:
- Store Credit Refund: If you choose to receive a refund in the form of store credit, you will receive the full amount of your purchase.
- Monetary Refund:
- For orders placed within Malaysia and Singapore, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount if you opt for a monetary refund.
- For orders placed in countries other than Malaysia and Singapore, a 15% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount
