We try our best to provide accurate information in our product description for the purchase through Site. However, we do not warrant that product description or other content on the Site are accurate or error free.

We provide returns and exchanges of product purchased due to manufacturing defect or being out of expectation, within 10 days from the date product is received.
Any refunds provided will be in the form of a store credit voucher, which can be used towards future purchases. Store credit vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its validity for returns, a store credit voucher equivalent to the price of the purchased product, will be issued and sent via email to the customer.
Unless the product is received faulty, please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Items should be returned unused with our tags and dust bag. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
